Graham provides brilliantly thought out programming to help you meet your goals in the gym. I used to do Grahams classes at We Are Fitness and am currently using the app for Fit & Lean (women's strength program). Graham helped me by correcting my form on squats and deadlifts, I went from only being able to deadlift 70lbs to doing 170lbs due to his corrections and finding out I wasn’t activating my glutes.
The app programming is well thought out and straightforward to follow. Demo videos for each movement it makes it simple to check that you are properly executing each movement.
It makes it easy to show up to the gym having everything thought out for you.

At around 58 years of age , 10 years ago to be exact I joined WAF in Sarnia. My kids told me that I needed to join. I’ve belonged to a few gyms in the past. Nothing compares to the programming, classes, camaraderie and personal training given to me at WAF. Graham is such a dedicated, knowledgeable and considerate coach. His attention to detail is remarkable. My body was going through many hormonal changes and needed a fine tune up and Graham was up to the task.! He insured me that we could make things works more efficiently as long as I was up to following his program and in time would see some astonishing results. I had no idea that I was capable of some of the arduous movements that my body achieved with Graham’s programming. I believed in him and in turn believed in myself. I still work out to this day and carry with me his helpful advice and strategic guidance. I’m so thankful that I put my trust in him. He’s the best!!

Enrolling at We Are Fitness and working with Coach Graham completely changed my approach to training. Despite my previous intense routine as an athlete (and going to the gym 6-7 days per week), shedding weight was a struggle. With a structured program, I found relief from chronic pain and lost 30 pounds while doing less.
Transitioning from a high-performance athlete to a corporate job, my fitness routine lacked structure. We Are Fitness brought balance back into my life. Following a well-thought-out program has transformed not just my physique but my overall well-being. It's more than a workout – it's a life-changer.
I currently am on phase 3 of Fit & Lean and absolutely loving the program.
In 2012 , I walked into We Are Fitness Sarnia and little did I know, I would find something so much more than fitness. My first experience with CrossFit was at Grahams gym over ten years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I am so grateful for the foundation that I learned while doing Grahams programming.

Upon starting my career as a trainer and coach, I got to know Graham by working closely with him at We Are Fitness in Sarnia. As a young trainer, I was inspired by his commitment to excellence and attention to detail, setting him apart in the fitness industry. I sought to emulate his hands-on approach with clients, noticing how he ensured every movement and technique was executed with precision and care.
I not only had the pleasure of working side-by-side and learning from Graham as a colleague but also as my personal trainer and it was a game-changer, especially in addressing my low back issues. I was diagnosed in 2018 with anterolisthesis, which led me to seek help from many physiotherapists and chiropractors, only finding limited relief. However, training with Graham was different and led me to finding lasting results. His keen attention to detail extended beyond just building muscle or relieving symptoms; he took the time to understand my body’s limitations and crafted a program specifically designed to deal with the root cause.
Thanks to Graham’s expertise and guidance, I’ve not only experienced relief from my low back pain but also gained confidence in my own journey as a trainer. I took Grahams Golf specific training for 2 years before covid. I used to have issues with back pain during golf and I would get a cramp in my back muscle when I twisted to put my belt on. All that went away and is still gone to this day as I am still doing the exercises he showed me.
His training has helped my core feel tight but flexible while swinging the club. 2 seasons ago I had to stop walking the course as I was having too much knee pain. He worked with me on various movements and stretches and I was able to walk pain free for the entire last season. I will never stop doing the stretches he showed me! He has the uncanny knack of finding the spot that is contributing to the pain (usually no where near the site of the pain itself) I can never thank him enough for enabling me to continue golfing. At one point I was definitely ready to give it up due to the pain.

Graham helped me on multiple layers as a coach. I gave him some pretty specific (and maybe out of reach) strength and gymnastic goals, and also wanted to heal digestive and hormonal issues. I had always loved working out and eating healthy, but the path I was on wasn’t working for me.
Graham developed a detailed plan and was always available for guidance and tweaks. He was supportive and interested and helped me on so many levels!
He also took special interest (and a lot of extra time and research) to help heal hormonal issues I was having, as well as encouraged me with a nutritional plan that was completely different than what I was used to. It worked.

I first met Graham in 2015 when I joined his gym We Are Fitness (WAF) in Sarnia On. I have always been physically active my whole life following whatever the latest trend was in exercising, step aerobics back in the day, to strength training, running, biking, High intensity interval training HIIT, always ready to try something new.
But it wasn’t until I joined WAF under the direct coaching of Graham and his team that for the first time ever I saw a real change in my body. Nice definition in my arms, shoulders, legs, I had more energy overall and I felt fit and strong.
I love to work out and seeing these changes in my body made me want to keep going and learn more and practice more. So I do to this day.
Graham himself is a passionate person, he is extremely passionate about helping people in their fitness and nutritional journeys. His knowledge of the human body and all its components is extensive, including functional movements, nutrition, and fascia release, he seems to always be studying something.
I have learnt a lot from his coaching over the years and lucky for me when I first joined WAF Graham recommend that I keep a record of all my daily WOD’S workout of the day, well I did exactly just that and I have 5 books with all workouts he put together over time and can access them anytime and I do use them. Im now 64 years young and continue to workout 5X a week in a gym and lighter stuff on the wkend. Im thankful that Graham came into my life when he did because I truly feel that Im a lot more fit now than I would have been at this age if I hadn’t found new ways to workout under his direction.
